KRFC Gym - Tried the clubs gym facilities yet? Why not?

Knutsford Rugby Club is among an elite number of amateur rugby clubs who have their own gym. Your membership of KRFC puts you in an extremely lucky position to be granted access to the club’s fantastic gym facilities. Full details can be found below, including the rules and regulations for using the gym, costs involved and the facilities available. If you haven’t already been down then why not? Mon – Sun (9am-9pm)

Gym Facilities

·        Rowing machine

·        Treadmill

·        Cross trainer

·        Range of Free Weights

·        Smith Machine

·        Free Weight Cage

·        Leg Curl/Leg Extension Machine

·        Cable Machine

·        Changing room

·        Showers

Gym Rules

·        Anyone using the gym MUST have paid their KFRC subs

·        Cost of use - £2/visit

·        Please ensure all equipment, including all weights are clean and put away after use - NO EXCEPTIONS

·        You must sign in using the book on every visit!

·        Please ensure all windows and doors are shut and lights are switched off as you leave.

·        If you haven’t done all of the above, not only will you be barred from using the gym but also you are NOT INSURED
