Membership Conditions
The Knutsford Rugby Club Gym is open to all members of the Rugby Club. However, before any member can use the equipment it is very important that you contact Tom Irvine as part of the Induction Protocol. You can contact Tom on 07766 690 036. It is a simple process taking between 30-40 minutes. [To join the gym it is a legal requirement to complete 2 forms a PAR-Q and waiver form (it is not possible to use the equipment without completing both forms)].

As part of the Gym Finances, we ask that all members pay 2GBP (Pounds Sterling) for each session. (Students/Juniors pay 1GBP).

Place the money in the Honesty Box each time you use the Gym.

Please remember it is a brand new facility and it is an incredible asset to the Club so please use the equipment safely and effectively. As the Gym is not supervised it is up to each individual to ensure safe working practices are applied.

Opening Times
The Gym is part of the Egerton Youth Club and as such the Gym opens and closes during normal Club hours (9:00am-9:00pm).
Where is the Gym ?
Egerton Youth Club, Mereheath Lane, Knutsford.
What equipment is in the Gym ?
The Gym has a treadmill, elliptical cross trainer, rowing machine and weights (including a Smith Machine and Power Cage)
Who made it happen ?
Great thanks to Gareth and Ted in the initial discussions. Once the award was granted it was an astonishing effort by a huge group of folk including Chris for his graphics; Sam, Tom, Gregg, Gareth and most of the players to painting the room, moving the equipment and making the place special and finally Tom Irvine for the risk assessments and administration.
