Senior Squad Training
- Knutsford Pre-Season | Update July 7th 2009
We will continue to hold fitness sessions throughout July and August on Monday evenings, 7.30-9:00pm at Egerton Youth Club (next to the Knutsford Sports Club). The training will start promptly at 7:30pm so its really important that you 'come ready to play at 7:30pm'. All players - at all levels - are welcome to join in. Rugby training will then begin on Thursday 23rd July, at 7.30pm and will run throughout the summer period before the first competitive match on Saturday 29th August.
